Our dedicated Residential Lettings team have staff covering all three residential offices and handle the letting and management of a portfolio of over 300 properties. The work is divided between the Driffield and Beverley/Hull area with a lettings consultant and manager supported by both full and part time assistants in both areas. The team is ably assisted by the reception staff at all offices who handle general enquiries and book viewing appointments.
Simon is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and Member of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents (ARLA) and is the partner in charge of the residential sales and Lettings office in Driffield. With over 30 years experience in the Driffield area he has a wealth of local knowledge and professional expertise.
He is the fifth generation of his family to be a partner in the firm and being a Driffield person born and bred, he has a vast local knowledge which is vital to anyone in the business of valuing property.
Chris joined the lettings team in 2011 and although he is based in the Driffield Office he is also a vital part of our Beverley and Hull lettings team. Although he is a native of this area, he gained his lettings experience in the West Riding after injury problems ended his career as a professional rugby player.
Chris is a friendly and enthusiastic person with an excellent knowledge of the rental market, property management and rental valuation. He is always keen to assist and is pleasant to deal with. Chris passed his ARLA exams in 2014 and has worked his way up through the company to his current position as lettings Manager.
Alison headed our lettings department for many years as a full-time lettings manager. Following a decision in 2010 to move to a part time position she took more of a back-seat role as a consultant working primarily for multiple landlords and our long standing Estate clients. We are delighted that following the departure of a member of the Driffield lettings team she has once again stepped up her hours to take up a more 'hands on' role in the department. Her vast experience and legal knowledge makes her an essential asset to this busy department.
Gabrielle joined our busy Letting department in 2015 having previously worked locally in hospitality where she gained excellent customer service and key administration skills. She settled into our fast-paced department with ease and is now progressing her career by becoming an associate member of ARLA and will eventually sit her exams to then be a full member. Gabrielle is hardworking, dedicated and efficient in her work and can deal with a wide range of lettings queries.
Gillian returned to our lettings department in 2017 in a part time role having previously worked full time for us, for many years. She primarily handles maintenance issues for managed properties and is both experienced and efficient in her role.
Deena recently joined the residential team to strengthen our depth of service to clients in the Beverley and west of Hull regions. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience within both the lettings and sales sectors of the Industry, having previously pioneered and managed her own agency for over a decade and more recently worked as Associate Director for a local firm. She considers herself to be very passionate about her job and very focused and experienced in the demands of the industry.
Simone joined Dee Atkinson and Harrison in 2005 and has been an established member of the Driffield team since then. Simone excels in the maintenance aspect of the Lettings Department and prides herself with good customer relations with Landlords, tenants and suppliers.
