LEISURE AND CARAVAN PARK, EAST YORKSHIRE

EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST INVITED

A well-established leisure and caravan park business is seeking ‘expressions of interest’ from suitable candidates to operate on-site visitor attractions, play areas and shop facilities on their established park facilities throughout East Yorkshire.

The parks are operated to a high standard, popular with a good customer base.

The arrangement would be governed by a ‘Concession Agreement’ with the successful candidate required to pay an annual for the benefit of using the facilities on the respective sites.

Initially, our client is seeking expressions of interest in writing from interested parties which should include the following:

· Curriculum Vitae for the prospective operator(s);

· Summary of any current trading operations/businesses;

· Summary of resources/capital available to support the venture.

All information provided will be treated in strict confidence.

Once the initial information has been considered, short-listed applicants will be invited for an interview when further details of the facilities and location of the leisure parks will be disclosed. Expression of Interest should be forwarded to:
