  I approached Dee and Atkinson to sell my Mum’s house after she died. They were the only local agency I found willing to do an independent valuation in house which was a requirement of our probate process. Not unlike other vendors we had 2 sales fall through and eventually sold on the third attempt. Throughout Chris and Cameron have been professional, supportive and excellent at acting as the interface between the buyers and solicitors. I have always felt reassured that they would act in my interests and resolve any blockages efficiently to avoid delay in working towards completion. With the final sale we completed in 7 weeks and although they were first time buyers I attribute achieving that timescale to the role of the estate agent in the process.   Just relet my property through DA&H Beverley office, thanks to Jeanette, after a change of heart about selling it. She has found me some really nice tenants again and continues to be my go-to agent for service and advice.
