If you have an empty property and would like to do your bit to help the NHS front line workers who have to self-isolate or are working long shifts and are then faced with a long commute home, please let us know.  We will put forward your property to the people who need it most at this challenging time.  

Ideally, the property should be furnished and you must be prepared to not receive any rent during the period of occupation. We can offer it on the basis that whoever takes it must meet the cost of utility bills and/or council tax.  We will not only find the tenant but also prepare the paperwork - naturally, we will not make any charge for this service.
