Elms Haven is a three-bedroom detached bungalow that has been unoccupied for several years and would now benefit from some minor renovation work.  The gas centrally heated and double-glazed property has been partly modernised and extended in the past decade and provides characterful accommodation that stands on a good sized plot.  The property will appeal to anyone looking to retire to the East Coast or as a holiday home.
