A reconfigured terrace house, with the kitchen located on the first floor and two reception rooms on the ground floor. The property requires updating and offers scope for improvement and further alteration (subject to any necessary consents). The property would suit an investor or owner-occupier looking for a project with potential to adapt the accommodation or improve the work already carried out. The property benefits from gas central heating and is double glazed throughout. We have listed it as a four-bedroom because that was the original layout and it could easily be returned to that configuration.
Location
Sherwood Street is conveniently situated close to Scarborough town centre, with a wide range of shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance. Scarborough railway station and bus services are nearby, while the town centre and seafront are readily accessible on foot.
